Boot Camp:
The Body Basics Boot Camp program is a fitness challenge
for individuals that need to release fat weight (up to 100 pounds) and who desire a happy and healthier lifestyle. We help you achieve your fitness goals through an integrated system that includes: functional training, whole foods nutrition and food form supplements, personal development and accountability. We work to develop the whole person for lifelong learning.
We strive to define and clarify one key area, your physical
fitness which does include your nutrition. Your biology is your biography. We want to help you achieve peak performance in a functional manner with health the first objective. We will give you the tools to be fit. Remember, it's more cost effective to maintain wellness than to restore health.

Note: Boot Camp "Unlimited" members can take any class at any time and as many classes as they can manage. Includes Body Architect and 30 Min Xpress classes. Yoga and Saturdays are not included in the Unlimited package.
Body Architect:
A challenging Total Body Strength Training class based
on muscle confusion and interval training. This class is rapidly
sweeping through the Central New Jersey area and it is highly
sought after. A great addition to any fitness routine.

Zumba:
Designed for the working individual to get a midday workout
into an already busy schedule or the stay at home mom who
can take some time for herself. Don't let this shorter time frame
fool you. This half hour class will be jam packed with body
weight exercises and light weights that will get your heart
pumping and your muscles burning fat in a no nonsense
package. Participants can arrive early to warm up and stay
after to stretch on their own.

Basics Power Yoga:
This one hour class will stretch and challenge your body and
your mind. Not a typical yoga class Basics Power is done with
smooth, flowing and rapid transition moving from one muscle
group to the next. You will gain stabilization and muscle
control as well as mind/muscle connection.
