Meet Our Trainers!
Inspired by my own experience working with a personal trainer, I was inspired to leave Wall Street and pursue a career in fitness.  After gaining 60 plus pounds (twice) with the pregnancies of both of my daughters, I worked hard to lose fat and increase my lean muscle mass.  My passion for fitness, my commitment to my clients and relentless energy are the driving forces behind my success.

Training Philosophy:

Fitness should be part of life - our bodies are meant to MOVE!  Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, or improve your overall fitness level, I will keep challenging you with safe and fun exercises that incoproate good posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength.

Hobbies and Interests:

First and foremost is spending time with my little girls and my husband!  I enjoy running and competing in triathlons, and anything that allows me to just enjoy life!
